Approach is based upon the principles of both quality management and project management.
Our P-I-V-S model (Plan-Implement-Verify-Standardize) is based upon the Plan-Do-Check-Act
model popularized by Dr. W. Edwards Deming. P-I-V-S ensures that the services we provide
meet your needs and result in permanent improvement. We also employ the
tools of project management, such as work breakdown structure (WBS), resource
planning and responsibility matrices, to ensure that our plans are properly
implemented.

pride ourselves on our reasonable fees. Our overhead costs are low and we pass
that savings on to you, without sacrificing quality or the personal service you
